On #WorldMentalHealthDay it's appropriate to remember that the most important advice for dealing with painful emotions and mental distress is - don't keep your thoughts and feelings to yourself. Find someone you can trust, someone who cares about you - and tell them how you're feeling. Contacting an experienced, professional counsellor can be a good place to start.
